Cut off the end of the string beans, wash and dice.

Cut BBQ pork into similar size as string beans.

Roast peanuts in a dry pan and remove peanut bran when sufficiently cooled.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the eggs and beat well.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, stir fry string beans and 1/2 teaspoon of salt for about 1 minute, sprinkle ginger juice and wine, and stir in BBQ pork.

Push ingredients in the wok aside to clear an opening in the center, pour in eggs and stir rapidly to break up the eggs. Add peanuts and sesame oil and toss well. |
