1 | Thaw the short ribs, wash, pat dry with kitchen papers. |
2 | Heat a wok until there is smoke, add b1-2 tsps of olive oil, pan-fry the short ribs until browned, preserve the juice inside the meat, pan-fry for 5-8 minutes if necessary, set aside. |
3 | Add some cooking oil in the same wok, stir-fry the shredded onion, add the short ribs, season and cook until the sauce is thickened. |
