1 | Boil noodles for 3 minutes, drain. |
2 | Shred onion and cut BBQ pork into thin strips. Cut and blanch flowering chives, and rinse with cold water. |
3 | Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, brown onions slightly, stir in garlic until pungent, add noodles, soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir-fry. |
4 | Stir in flowering chives, bean sprouts and BBQ pork, add sesame oil and toss well. |
