Marinate minced mud fish, stir in clockwise direction until sticky and firm, put into a freezer for 10 minutes.

Peel turnip, rinse and cut into wedges.

Rinse beancurd puffs, cut in halves, stuff minced mud fish into beancurd puffs.

Heat oil in wok, fry stuffed beancurd puffs till done and slightly brown, dish up.

Heat oil in wok, saute Chinese celery stalks and white part of the garlic until fragrant, add turnip and water and cook until turnip starts to turn into transparent.

Add stuffed beancurd puffs and cook until done and soft, add seasoning and cook until sauce thickens, add the green leaves of the garlic and mix well. |
