1 | Wash the duck breast. Roast it in oven at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes. Remove. Cool for a while. Cut into 12slices. |
2 | Core the guava and cut into a half. One part is for blending and the other part is for slicing. Leave for use. |
3 | Wash and dry the bamboo leaves. Put one each on a plate. |
4 | Evenly zebra place the guava and duck meat on the plates. |
5 | Serve with plum sauce. |
