1 | Dry burlock root thoroughly with kitchen paper towel for excess of soy sauce. |
2 | Place seaweed on top of the bamboo mat. |
3 | Place sushi rice on top of the seaweed and mold the rice to form a long bar shape. |
4 | Sprinkle the rice sesame and then place burdock root, roll up the bamboo mat, press firmly. |
5 | Evenly cut into 6 pieces, serve. |
