Shred the Jinhua ham, chicken breast, lean pork and winter bamboo and cut into same length.

Scald the winter bamboo.

Soak the black mushrooms in cold water until soft. Remove the stem.

Put the black mushrooms into a bowl, the top of the mushrooms should face the bottom.

Arrange the ham, chicken and lean pork on the side of the bowl alternately and regularly.

Put the bowl in a steaming pot, steam for 15 minutes. Take it out and turn it up-side-down on a soup plate and remove the bowl.
