450g | pork knuckle |
3 pcs | ginger slices |
1 stalk | spring onion |
1 stalk | coriander |

1/2 tsp | salt |
1 tbsp | soya sauce |
1 tbsp | chilli oil |
2 tsps | chopped ginger |
2 tsps | chopped spring onion |
1.5 tbsps | sesame oil |

1 | Skin and rinse the pork knuckle. |
2 | Boil in boiling water with ginger slices and sectioned spring onion for 30 minutes. |
3 | Take it out and leave cool. Cut into 5cm length and 3cm width thin slices. Arrange on a plate. |
4 | Skin and finely chop the garlic. |
5 | Mix with seasoning. Pour on top of the pork slices. |
6 | Sprinkle finely chopped coriander on top. Serve. |
