Remove intestine from shrimp and wash. Wash scallop. Marinate shrimp and scallop with seafood marinade.

Wash chicken, remove skin, dice and marinate.

Wash Chinese kale stem and dice. Dice roasted duck.

Soak black mushroom, remove stem and dice. Remove egg shell and whisk in large bowl.

Heat wok with oil. Add in white rice and whisked egg, stir fry. Set aside.

Heat wok with oil again. Add in chicken meat and black mushroom. Stir fry until chicken meat is almost well done. Add in shrimp and scallop, diced roasted duck meat and Chinese kale, then seasonings, cook for a while, stir in thickening, and spread onto rice. |
