1 | Rinse white rice, add marinade for white rice and marinate for 30 minutes. |
2 | Rinse spareribs and marinate for 3 hours. |
3 | Rinse stockfish, drain and dice, stir-fry in a wok without adding oil until fragrant. |
4 | Put water into the pot and bring to a boil, add white rice, spareribs and peanuts and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, turn to low heat and cook for 50 minutes. |
5 | Add stockfish dice and chopped spring onion, season with salt. Serve. |
