1 | Soak dried squids till soft, tear off the soft bones. Drain and cut into dice. Peel water chestnuts. |
2 | Soak dried black mushrooms till soft, wash and remove stalks. Drain and cut into dice. Peel water chestnuts and wash. Drain and cut into dice. |
3 | Place minced pork in a big bowl, add marinades and mix in one direction till elastic. And then add other ingredients and mix, put it on dish flat. |
4 | Place the steam rack into the wok, add water to nearly the height of the rack. Boil the water, steam the pork over high heat for about 8 minutes. Serve. |
