Plain Dough:

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl well. Pour in a container and place in a steamer to steam for 5~10 minutes over high heat until solid. Take out the dough and let cool. Then transfer it to refrigerator chilling for 1~2 hours. Knead to smooth and elastic dough.

Plum Green Tea Filling:

Soak shelled halved green bean in water overnight. Put the soaked green bean and caster sugar in a blender to purée. Cook over medium heat to thicken.

Dissolve plum green tea powder with little hot water. Add in the green bean mixture to cook a while. Stir in green tea flavor essence to combine.

Stir in butter finally and arrange to refrigerator chilling for 20~30 minutes.

Assembly:

Roll 30g of the dough with a rolling pin. Place in dusted cornstarch of an ice-cream scoop.

Put 25g of the filling in a wrap to seal the open.

Place the open at bottom. Transfer to refrigerator and chill for 20~30 minutes. |
