1 | Marinate minced pork and mix well, then stir vigorously, put into the freezer for 20 minutes. |
2 | Heat a wok of oil to 80% boil, deep fry the meatballs into the oil until 60-70% done. |
3 | Heat wok with 1-2 tsps of oil, saute minced garlic and ginger until fragrant, add tomatoes and meatballs and cook until sauce thickens, add seasoning and cook until the sauce dries up. Serve. |
