1 | Blanch gluten in boiling water for 1 minute, remove and rinse. |
2 | Rinse cucumber and slice. |
3 | Cut assorted color of bell peppers and pineapple into wedges or dice respectively, stir-fry with some oil and dish up. |
4 | Heat wok with 1 tsp of oil, add sweet and sour sauce and gluten and cook until sauce thickens, taste and switch off heat, then add peppers, pineapple and cucumber slices, mix well, dish up. |
