1 | Use scissors to cut bean curd puff to give an opening, make inside (white flesh) out. Heat wok with oil at low heat, and deep fry bean curd puff until it is golden brown and hard. |
2 | Boil sweet sour sauce until sticky, set aside. |
3 | Heat wok with oil, sauté green chili, add in bean curd puff and sweet sour sauce, stir fry quickly, turn heat off. |
4 | Add in strawberry, stir fry for a while, and serve. |
