1 | Soak the bean vermicelli in water until soft. |
2 | Heat up 2 tbsps of oil. Stir fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant. |
3 | Add in the mince pork and stir fry until fragrant and the pork becomes tender. |
4 | Add in the board bean paste, broth, seasoning. |
5 | Bring to the boil. Put in the bean vermicelli and cook until done. |
6 | Sprinkle spring onion and celery on top. Serve. |
